Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mzanzi Mix — your destination for proudly South African lifestyle products.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We currently ship to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa.

  • Standard Delivery (3–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
  • Express Delivery (1–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@mzanzimix.co.za. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we're working on it!

Multiple Shipments

Mzanzi Mix works with a number of specialist suppliers across South Africa. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, some suppliers dispatch certain products directly to you rather than through our central warehouse.

This means that if your order includes items from more than one supplier, you may receive your order in more than one delivery, each with its own tracking number. There's no extra cost to you for this — it's simply how we get you the freshest, most efficient delivery for each product.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details for each parcel as it's dispatched. If any part of your order is delayed, we'll notify you directly.
